ZEUEE robot polishing system uses 6-axis robotic arm, equipped with main power spindle and polishing tools, used for grinding and deburring on external/internal straight and round edge of castings with complicated shape, realize the polishing work which traditional deburring machine can not provide. The Polishing Station developed by ZEUEE composed of Flexible sand belt machine and Polishing machine, Robotic arm is used for deburring and polishing of allumen, stainless steel, engineering plastics. On flexible sand belt machine can install sand belt with 4 different sizes, there are 2 points for install polishing roller on the polishing machine, we’ll install cloth roller, or linen roller, drawing roller etc according to client’s requirement.
One year warranty for whole polishing station, 15 years service life. Only need change jaw and program when changing for other products. The new type polishing station is universal for different products, with high reliability, once investment = 15 years’ benefits.
To solve the polishing error due to the wear of sand belt, on polishing station settled automatic speed compensation based on PLC, when the sand belt wears a lot, using more fast driving speed, which with coordinate compensation of robot arm can realize high precision polishing.
The polishing station equipped with unique exhaust system, which can automatically discharge almost 90% polishing dust and sweeps, keeps the working environment clean and ensure a safe working environment.
