Automotive Coil Spring Automatic Production Line With Robot Arm
The six-axis robot arm carries the spring through spring coiling machine-》tempering furnace-》hot stressing machine-》double channel shot blasting machine-》stress removing shot blasting machine, form a fully automated production line. To achieve the purpose of saving manpower and improving efficiency.
Main basic structure of the equipment
1. Main robot arm:
Yaskawa robot: MH24 ---------3pcs（Load 24KG，turning radius 1.7M）
MH50----------2pcs（Load 50KG，turning radius 2.1M）
2. Ancillary equipment:
2.1 Clamping jaw: jaws are made of corrosion resistant plate, jaws for unloading from hot stressing machine, loading /unloading of stress removing shot blasting machine are covered with nylon plate in order to protect the spring from damage.
2.2 Security fence: Install the fence and install sensors at the junction of fences. Ensure that the fence in the locked state when robot arm is moving.
2.3 Stepping conveyor line: stepping conveyor chain, feeding is stable and accurate, suitable for products with different sizes.
Control program: Andon System
1.The whole equipment is controlled by using PLC and HMI. Production line’s running state, parameters can be displayed on the screen, also, the screen will display fault and cause in case of alarm, autostop or other troubles.
2.Electric control cabinet: the electric control cabinet is with a dustproof function, equipped with industrial air conditioning, which will reduce the adverse effects of climate change, improve the reliability and service life of the control system.
3.There is logic (comovement) control relation between devices, each device should have automatic and manual control functions.
4.Centralized control system using Anton system, with visual control management, easy to operate.
Andon System is a visual signal system, Green color for run,
Red color for stop, Yellow color for attention. It can gather information about devices, production and management, after processing information, Andon System controls indicator lights and voice alarm system distributed in the whole workshop, and control switches on each work station allow reflecting information to host when troubles happen. At this time, host will inform other department to solve and use the computer to record, analysis frequency of problems.
The system connects spring coiling machine and stress removing shot blasting machine will gather production information, action frequency, CCD camera data, machine running time, fault analysis, sensors induction interval etc. Timely and effectively transfer and share a mass of information about production, raw material handling, quality, it allows better managing production processes, distinguishing responsibility, continuously improving the performance of products.
